Ingredients For Vegetable Chowmein

  • 400gm Fresh Noodles
  • 5 Cups Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil For Noodles
  • 5 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ Cup Capsicum
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrot
  • ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Cabbage
  • 1 Large Onion-Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Celery
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp chilli sauce

How To Make Vegetable Chowmein

1.Boil water with salt and oil. Add noodles and cook till ‘bite like’.

2.Drain immediately and cool under running water. Leave them for cooling.

3.Heat the rest of the oil and stir- fry garlic mixture and onions over high heat till onions are glossy.

4.Make the flame high and add the vegetables, soya sauce, salt, celery, vinegar and chilli sauce. Mix well and add the noodles and stir- fry till well mixed.

5.Garnish it and Serve it hot.
