Ingredients Of Paneer Pasanda
- 500gm paneer– cut into triangles
- 10-12 cashews
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp corn flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger(or ginger-garlic paste)
- 1 cup curd or yougart
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1-2 green chillies-slit
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp cream
How To Make Pasandas
1.Take the slice of paneer and cut in from the between.
2.Take the chopped cashews and raisinsans some cream and place the inbetween the paneer slice.
3.Make a corn flour paste adding little spices to it.
4.Keep them in refrigerator for 4-5 mins
5.Take a grill maker and greese it with oil.
6.Grill these paneer slices. And pasandas are ready.
How To Make Paneer Pasanda Gravy
1.Heat the butter in a non stick pan .
2.Add the cumin seeds, saute a little and add the ginger-garlic paste.
3.When its raw aroma disappears add the corn flour.
4.Saute and add curd, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala.
5.Saute over a medium flame till the fat separates.
6.Add the green chillies, saute a little, then add the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
7.Add the grilled pieces of paneer, simmer for about 2 minutes and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves and cream.
