Ingredients for Chilli Paneer Recipe

o    400gm Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into cubes

o    1tsp Chilli Tomato Sauce

o    1tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

o    2tsp Maida

o    6-7 Spring Onions

o    2tsp Oil

o    ½ cup Chopped Red Capsicum

o    ½ cup Chopped Green Capsicum

o    3 Red Chillies (Dried)

o    Salt to taste


Step 1:

Keep paneer cubes in a bowl, and gently mix salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida, 1 tsp  chilli tomato sauce in it. Roughly chop spring onions.

Step 2:

In a non stick pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Heat a good amount of oil in a kadai. Chop the seedless red chillies and add to the pan. Add spring onions and saute.

Step 3:

Deep fry the paneer cubes in the kadai on high flame till golden. Add capsicums to the pan and mix well. Add salt and let it cook for some time.

Step 4: 

Again Cook for 2 minutes after adding 1 tbsp chilli tomato sauce. Switch off  the flame and Add paneer cubes to the pan, mix well. Garnish it and  Serve hot.
